1. What is the operating temperature of this unit, and how should it be stored?
This unit is a lithium polymer battery, operating temp is -20-60 ºC/ -4-140ºF. If the ambient temperature is higher than 60ºC/140ºF, the internal construction of the battery cells may be damaged, it may swell and become unsafe. So don’t store the device in a vehicle that parked in hot weather for long periods.

2. How do you start a vehicle with this unit?
A. Connect Vehicle Battery.
B. READY (Solid).
C. Start the Vehicle Engine.
Note: Make sure battery power is＞20%. Do not press the BOOST button before connecting the vehicle battery correctly.

3. How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
With the battery clamps connected to the vehicle battery, if the READY(Solid) appears on the screen, it means the clamps are connected correctly, while if "X "appears on the screen, which means it's connected reversely.

4. What should I do if this unit can’t start a vehicle?
Recharge this unit fully, and try to press the “BOOST” button after connecting the vehicle battery correctly. READY(Solid) will appear on the screen, then start the vehicle within 30 seconds. If it still does not work, contact us at: contact@gooloo.com ( Attach your order ID).

5. What should I do if this unit can’t charge up?
Charge it with a USB-C cable and wall charger for a full overnight period. If it still does not work, contact us at: contact@gooloo.com (Attach your order ID).

10. How often does this unit need to be recharged?
It would be better to recharge it every 3 months.

11. Why does it shut off in 30 seconds when charging other devices?
This unit may shut off automatically when charging the device that needs a light charging current, such as headphones, smart watches, etc, since there is a minimum load current limitation (200mA) on this unit, so please use Low Current Mode when you are facing such a problem.

Bought it to buy the wife some extra time. As she requires an oxygen concentrator all the time. And we like to ride the motorcycle to places,can't exactly fit the big 1000ah battery on the bike so this battery even though a 100ah bought her extra hour and half on her portable concentrator without being plugged into the bike. The battery for the concentrator cost twice as much for the same amount of time. I am very pleased with this product,and will be purchasing a few more for family members.
