When I received my battery charger, air compressor it had something rattling inside. We tried to get what we believe is something broken inside unit to come out but it didn't. It just got lodged somewhere and stopped rattling. I contacted customer support about exchanging it for one that doesn't have anything broken inside but haven't heard back yet.

I have used both units I purchased already. One to jump start the dead battery on my tractor and also to inflate all of the tires on my SUV using only one bar on the charge. The other I purchased for my wife's car. She has found it so easy to use and used it with no problem to inflate the tires on her SUV.

Was heading out in my truck when I noticed my right front tire was very low. And as I was debating on whether to change the tire or risk driving down to the nearest shop. UPS showed up with my Goo Loo. I read instructions and it had enough juice in it to air up my tire. Aired it up within 2 minutes from 10 psi to 40 psi. This is one of the best investment that I have ever made.

When our car batteries get near end of life they occasionally won't start the car. The GooLoo has saved us from having to do an "emergency" battery swap. We do it at our convenience since we know the GooLoo reliably starts the car even when the car battery appears completely dead. The tire pump makes it super convenient to keep the tires at the correct pressure. Having both functions in one device makes it easy.

This is my second. I also have the 4000S, gave it to my significant other since she was the one having starting problems. Replaced the battery and still problems according to OBD it was the emission system. Anyway decided to have one in my car and this is one I picked because I needed an air pump. I already own the GT160 inflator and the GT4000S jump box. I love them both. The GT160 has gotten me out of several jams, as has the 4000S. However I recently needed to fill the tires on 3 vans and ran out of inflator battery, even though I still had a fully charged 4000 amp jump box. But you can't charge the GT160 and use it at the same time.
When I saw the new A-A3-RD combination 3000A jump box and tire inflator, it was perfect! You can have a great inflator with a huge battery that doubles as a 3000A jump box. Perfect! I recently topped up 12 tires with the A-A3-RD and didn't lose one bar of charge. And there's only one box to carry around. Love it. GooLoo is great.

The pressure gauge tested 2lbs diff (lower) than a manual handheld analog gauge. Remembering this when using, isn’t a big problem.

It’s difficult to give a good review at this time. They were delivered to my house in Tennessee after the holiday’s and I had already left to come back to North Carolina to do Hurricane cleanup. I bought 5 of them, to give to my wife, daughter, son, my work truck, and one for myself. My 4500 I have with me, has been used on my Grapple truck, and 3 other cars, with no issues. I am a little disappointed with the air compressor I bought separately, because I misunderstood what it does. It did fine on a friends car tire, but I thought the 160psi, was how much air it could put in a tire. My truck tire’s require 100 psi, but the compressor will only put 45 psi in a tire. I’d love to see if y’all can develop a portable air compressor that can pump a truck tire up to 100psi. I’m sure the air compressors on the 3000A’s I ordered will not pump up my truck tires. Even my pickup truck tires require 80psi, so these won’t do what I expected from them. For my family’s cars, they should do great.

This is definitely a keeper! I already owned two Gooloo battery jumpers and this one is the same high quality product I've come to expect from them. I bought this primarily for use for inflating bike tires as I do a lot of riding but, the addition of the battery jumper just makes it all that much more useful. I tried it out on my bicycle tires and each inflated from 35 to 70 psi in less than 60 seconds. Although I haven't tried it for car tires yet, I am completely confident that it will do just as well for them. This unit is quite a bit larger and heavier than my other Gooloos but, besides a strap on the storage bag, this one also includes a strap on the unit itself. Pretty obvious that the folks at Gooloo that designed this thought of everything. I had purchased a different brand cordless inflator that I immediately returned because it would not inflate my bicycle tires to the proper psi, no matter how long I let it run. I've had my original Gooloo jumper for about 7 years and it still performs like new and I've used it many times over the years.

This product is a 2 in one tool for the car that i had no idea even existed. You can use this a an air compressor to air up your tires as well and a portable car battery booster which allows you to charge your car battery just from the small device! I am amazed how well this works and am getting another for my mother! Great product overall.
