Already had to use it and after pressing the Boost button, the car started up immediately. I liked the fact that I did not rely on a set of jumper cables and another car. Furthermore, it's quite compact and easy to carry from one car to another of my cars.

I had a fiasco trying to get UPS to deliver to my USPS Post Office branch. The drivers are politically opposed and literally CHANGE the address so that they have to return to sender!
I dared to use my residence address despite the danger of package thieves in my apartment building, and the UPS package tracking notified me within ten minutes of delivery so nobody grabbed it before me!
The instructions could have been better about how to CHARGE the unit: only the one TINY "c" plug for indoor charging? HEY, THE TINY PLUGS GET HOT! I stopped half way through the charge and let it cool, before finishing. I have not yet tried the vehicle lighter socket to charge the GooLoo. Seems like a good design!

Mine was used 6 months ago by a neighbor's daughter. She had traveled from Dallas and needed a jump start. I loaned her mine to go back to Dallas and am glad I did. They had to stop on the way back and car didn't start again, so they used mine again. Got it back two weeks later. They are so easy to use..

The product arrived quickly, and packed REALLY well.
As a 7-year user of a Gooloo 200 with its' wonderful,
hard-shell, zippered case, I'm disappointed my new 4000 came with a rather flimsy cloth stuff bag.
Recharging schedule is set up as a reminder on my online calendar, so it will be ready if needed. Each of the accessories seems to be solid quality; the battery clamps are exceptional.
I haven't needed to use yet, and I hope I never have to. But. . . when It does it the fan, I'm depending on my Gooloo to save me

This is my at least my 5th Gooloo jump pack that I have gotten, and I can say they are super good tools! We do automotive and small engine repair. And these packs will start several vehicles or many mowers or garden tractors on a single charge. I also had NOCO Genius jump packs and they are very good too, but they cost much more! I would recommend these first!

I am totally satisfied with the Gooloo GT4000s. My order was received in a timely manner. It appears to be a solid device. Although I have not had the opportunity to use it, just having it in my vehicle gives me piece of mind should the need arise.

This is the 3rd GOOLOO jump starter I have purchased. I now have one in each of my vehicles. I have used them to start 2 friend's pickups and the the jump starters have worked very well. I am impressed that such a small battery can start a vehicle. Now I don't have to worry about carrying long jumper cables and jockeying to get two cars close enough for a jump start. And I don't have to find another vehicle to provide a jump. I have AAA that will provide a jump....but with this jump starter, I'll be on my way without waiting for an AAA service truck.

The jump starter arrived a week later than promised, but is well made and has plenty of ports. Read the specs carefully! The indicated engine size is very misleading. Check the cold crank amps (800), the jump pack really struggled to start my 4.5l gas powered car.

I bought this after a friendly stranger used one to jump my car. It seemed like a good solution since AAA can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. I used it for the first time a few days ago--my battery is often dead if I don't drive it for a few days (thank you, winter!)--and it worked like a charm. This is coming from someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars. Super easy to use, immediate success, and peace of mind. Love it. The only thing I would say is that it takes a really long time to charge (I don't have the fast charger). But it was 65% charged when it arrived, so that was nice. Five stars!

I also ordered the wall charger to speed up charging and re-charging. A regular USB connection, although slower, still works for re-charging.
Wish the wall charger was included, but due to its robust charging wattage, it was OK for $50.
This Jump Stater can also act as a power bank for other devices.

The reason for 4 stars is the first jump starter failed within minutes of the initial charge. However, after a brief back and forth with GOOLOO technical support, a replacement was priority shipped. The replacement was able to be charged but there has been no need to use as a jump starter.

Great product as this is my second one and they work great. Beware and do not submerge these in water as i did by accident on my sxs in a mud hole i did not know was that deep, totally my fault. But i do recommend to keep one on hand for emergencies.

I use a super capacitor in my motorcycle instead of a battery so after not using it for a month it went completely flat, got my new jump starter, charged it and went straight to the bike and it jumped to life right on the first try. Very happy with my purchase.

This is great for everyone to have and keep because you never know when you will need to jump start your car or truck. I have use this jump starter a few times and it worked fantastic. I did have an issue with it but Fiona is actually sending me out a new product. Their warranty is very good and it is a very respectable company. I was offered either a refund or a replacement and I definitely chose the replacement because I really like the product. They made the replacement very quick and easy.
