The unit slides around on my smooth truck bed liner. They should've put bigger rubber pads or a non-slip base on this thing. Performance-wise, zero complaints.

My order came really quickly it looks like it's built really well i haven't had a chance to use it yet after reading about how heat affects lithium batteries and shortens the life of the batteries I'm very surprised that the company doesn't offer a heat resistant storage bag for it to help extend the life of the unit i did send an email asking if they could recommend one but got no response I'm still looking on line for a storage case

No fuss. Hooked up the red clamp to positive and black to negative, pressed the 12V button for 2 seconds as instructed, and the truck fired right up.

This jump box is fantastic. It started my 6.0L diesel after sitting for 6 months. My only issue is the cables are a little too short for my truck where the battery is tucked in the back. If they were a foot longer, it would be perfect. Still keeping it though.
