this is my second Gooloo booster. We have one for each vehicle and trust me when you need it to go. It’s there to go. I keep my main one to 4000 in my RV in case I ever need it.

We have had a Gooloo charger for a while and used it many times to charge our battery and help neighbors with their batteries. My brother-in-law told me about it. I placed an order. It arrived and I charged it up. The very next day we had a record-setting snow storm here in North Carolina and the power went out. While attempting to start our diesel generator the battery died. I promptly connected the GooLoo and the generator started immediately with the first flip of the switch.

We have 3 cars (2 we actually drive) and before this purchase, we had 1 charger. That meant juggling back and forth between the two cars. But now we’re guaranteed to have a charger no matter which car we use. It’s just common sense.

I bought one for myself a year ago or so. I order this one for my dad for Christmas, and does work. The battery pack charges fine and come on, but the cables do not work. When I put my cables on it works fine. Y'all just don’t sell the cables separately, why is that. My dad can not use his, because the cables stay red and will not turn green. Is there a way to get new cables, or can I have a set of cable sent? Not to happy about the situation. I have used y’all for a couple years and kinda disappointed. People you might get lucky and you might get something that doesn’t work. Thank you!

Works good. At first couldn't get it to charge. Changed the usb wall charger and it charged, although slowly. Only suggestion I would add would be just send a charging cord with it that plugs into wall instead of just the cord without a plug. The plug I first used works on everything else but not this jumper.

I last minute claimed a tire inflator for 89 cents and that didn’t come.. yet? It’s been over a month? but I guess that should be expected. Not sure how it was so cheap in the first place!

All in all it went well! I was originally sent the wrong product and contacted the company, and they resolved the issue. The wrong product was returned and the correct product was sent to me and received brand new and in good condition. Customer service worked well, I just went without a charger a little longer than I wanted. Again, it was all resolved to my satisfaction.

My mother and father in-law where visiting us over the summer ('24). My show truck's battery was dead, literally only had 4 volts in it. He said let's try this. He pulled out this little red rectangular box and hooked it up to my truck. It turned over faster than It does with a fully charged battery, very impressed with the power. I said to him "what the hell is that, that was awesome!!". He said he got it off of Amazon during the winter (they live in the mountains of New Mexico) and it has been a lifesaver for them. I told him I have to have one of them. Been planning on getting one but had some setbacks. Well they sent me the 4000w yellow titan series jumppack for Christmas. Awesome product. Stopped at the local gas station to fill up. The young girl in the car at the pumps got out of her car and told me her car wouldn't start and she was waiting for her dad. I was very skeptical about this battery jumper. After I got it I was reluctant to even trying it for fear it wouldn't work as described. I know that sounds stupid but past experience with other products made me this way. When I did try it I was absolutely blown away with how easy and perfectly it worked. I got so excited that the experience of jumping a battery was fun. I now look for any opportunity to use it. I saw some guys trying to get their car started with jumper cables. They had been struggling for a while. I walked over with my GOOLOO GP4000 and instantly started their car in the awe of everyone. Love this tool.

I bought this because I was tired of having to use jumper cables and needing another vehicle nearby to jump me. I used it a couple of times last year and it saved my bacon.
This year, the battery in my daily croaked, the battery in my winter beater died, and the battery in my wife's classic car (12v converted) also took a dirt nap. The 800 cranking amps easily started a 283 ci V8, a 5.7L V8 Hemi, and a 3.6L V6 multiple times per charge.
I highly recommend getting one of these.
