The product came with a case and 2 USB cables; one for charging the jump starter, one for to charge your devices. Everything fits in the case smoothly. The jump starter itself is not awkwardly big. Mine came as charged, ready to use. It has a flash light, as well. I haven't had a chance to use the jump starter to start a car yet. But my experience taught me to have one in your car.

My RV for over a year and I put this on to jump start it and it started up in less than 30 seconds. I've never heard of this brand so I thought it would be a waste of money but it wasn't.

Love the compact size and the fact that it works! Went out to my jeep and the battery was dead. Hooked up Gooloo to the battery and the Jeep started instantly. I also like the fact that it can be used for other things too like charging a cell phone.

This compact yet powerful tool is a must for all. Not only is it a great powerbank ready to charge all your devices but it's so handy in case of an emergency. Just two days ago I pulled into a parking spot and I saw a couple with the car hood up and on the phone. I asked if they needed a boost and they said yes indeed. Thankfully I had my gooloo jumpstarter in the car like always and within 1 minute (no joke) they had the car up and running. And, yes, that couple asked me what was the name of the jumpstarter because they wanted to get one. hahaha Do yourself a favour and get one for yourself...just in case!

Was actually surprised I got this 4500 amp car starter for the price it was. I thought it was the regular get screwed by Facebook ads, but rolled the dice anyway, even though I ordered thru the gooloo website. Got it out of the box, was alot smaller than I thought it would be. Pushed the button it had 3 bars. Needed to move our CJ7 we use to plow in the winter, hooked it up, had no trouble turning it over and starting. It says alot since its a carburetor and mechanical fuel pump that takes a few minutes of cranking to get fuel up there.

im assuming this is a discontinued model since the price was about half of what the 4000 amp costs. i havent used it yet but i keep it in my car and it gives me peace of mind knowing i have a backup in case my car battery goes dead.

I think the product is solid. Not to be nitpicky, but when I purchased it's advertised that a free tire gauge was included which I didn't receive. Other than that, it's a really good product.

3 weeks after I bought my GOOLOO GE4500 I left something on in my 2500 Ram and killed both batteries, it wouldn't even click. I hooked up the GOOLOO on boost and with no delay it cranked my diesel truck right up.

Nice compact jump start with lots of power. The built in flashlight and USB ports are nice to have as well. And the battery clamps are the very best, way better than most other manufacturers offer.

Arrived charged and ready to go. Had to use it the day after it got here to start my son's truck. Regular battery charger said no battery was connected,so I hooked up the jump starter and it fired up without any hesitation.
