The GOOLOO Jump Starter comes with a flashlight function and is not only a device that can start your car but also a portable charger that can quickly charge your mobile devices and laptops on the road.

2. How safe is the GOOLOO Jump Starter?
This unit includes 8 protection features, including over-current protection, overload protection, over-voltage protection, and overcharge protection, making it extremely safe to use.

3. What scenarios can I use the GOOLOO Jump Starter in?

8. What are the recommended operating and storage temperatures?
The GOOLOO Jump Starter includes a lithium polymer battery built for operating and storage temperatures of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F). If the ambient temperature is above 60°C (140°F), the internal cell construction of the lithium polymer battery may be damaged, causing it to swell and become unsafe. Do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.

9. Why are the green and red light on the jumper cable blinking?
The jumper cable features a smart Over-Start Protection function. If you start the vehicle more than 4 times in 2 minutes, the jumper cable will turn on Over-Start Protection: The green and red light will start to blink and the battery clamps will have no output. When you disconnect the jumper cable plug from the jumper starter, the smart Over-Start Protection will reset.

10. How do I know if this unit is correctly connected to the vehicle?
The indicator on the jumper cable will show a steady green light when the battery clamps are correctly connected to the vehicle battery. If a steady red light comes on and the unit is beeping, the connection needs to be reversed.

11. Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?
Yes.

12. Can this unit charge other devices while starting a vehicle?
No.

13. How often should my unit be recharged?

Bought this for my 2014 subaru outback. A few weeks later came out of work to find the car with a dead battery. Quickly hooked up this charger, no complicated settings or routines. Car fired right up! Used 3% of its battery capacity. Could have probably gone with a lower power unit for my 4 cylinder but got it on a super sale, and the extra capacity is good peice of mind when you need it. Very sturdy build. Top quality electric connectors. I did purchase a Gooloo carrying case to neatly contain all the connectors that come with the device.

This is the jump box you want, it��s got a ton of power to do what you��re trying to do. You��ll find some other jump boxes that are cheaper, but I personally don��t think you can really rely on it. This one will stay charged for years but even if it��s dead you can charge it up enough to start your car in just three to five minutes, either by connecting it to a wall charger or another vehicle��s accessories outlet. You can use it to jump start your car or charge your phone, other other devices via USB-Aor USB-C, and it has a built in flash light.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it is comforting knowing that it is there when needed. My neighbor recently spent a couple hundred dollars on a service call. He had jumper cables, but couldn't find anyone to give him a jump. I told him about gooloo and he now owns one also. I used this unit to jump a Ram 3500. Worked without even flexing a muscle. Sadly, I had to jump it two more times., After 3 jumps on a 3500 Ram, the battery was down to 70%. I purchased units for every other vehicle we have. I also love that it can charge the phone in a pinch. The jumps happened last summer, I recharged the battery and put it back in the truck. When I went to check on it this summer the charge was still at 100%. Really, I cannot say enough about good things about this unit, You should get one for everyone's car - your kid, your spouse, your parents.

My car kept dying and I didn't wanna call AAA each time so I got this jump starter instead! Using the boost feature, my car starts up every time. Although I've got a new car, I still keep this handy in the back, just in case. The only downside is it doesn't come with a wall charger (sold separately) so you won't get a full 100% charge, but it does include a USB cord charger and one for the car.

Awesome Jump pack so far! Power output and recharge time is better than my Hulkman 85s, especially the recharge time.Ive tested the pack as a charging pack for my laptop and it definitely has the capacity and sustained power to charge multiple items in a pinch. The built in watt meter that displays input shows its capable of charging at 80+ watts if your power supply can deliver more than 120watts, while my Hulkman only charges at about 20 watts in the same 86% charge state for each pack.I purposely allowed my 4Runner to sit and drain for awhile to get the voltage just below 10.5 volts to guarantee a no crank condition, but still retain ECU and radio memory. This worked perfectly of course without the required "force start" function my Hulkman required at the same voltage previously. While I havent used either in extreme cold, I dont have concerns with the GooLoo pack being able to start up anything under a huge diesel or large V8, since my vehicles are V6s and smaller.These newer style jump packs have all come a long way from my previous 5+ year old packs with new safety measures and capacity with updated circuitry demands for safety. I keep one in each truck and have used these for others more often than myself on many occasions while out off roading and camping. Cant go wrong with many the sea of brands available, but I didnt know of the GooLoo brand until Project Farm did his awesome unbiased testing! Thanks PF!

Dead battery making me stuck? If I forget to shut off my car lights or find I have a dead battery that won't let me start my rig, it could happen. This is the device that I will always carry in my rig to save me when I need a jump start or can let me help someone get their car started quickly. Plus this has a modern Powerbank "Fast Charge" 22800mAh lithium polymer(LiPo) battery powerbank which includes three USB Ports - Power Distribution [PD]100W TYPE-C 5V/3A In&Out, USB 5V/9V/12V Quick Charge, USB 5V/2.4A . That makes this device far more than a simple Jump Starter!P.3 shows this taking a full 95 Watts in from my own GaN 100W Wall Charger using a "chipped" 100W capable USB C Cable. Consequently this charges up quickly. I like that and the use of rechargeable LiPo batteries which have a longer life and charge/discharge cycle. The spec sheet is in the last picture, 1st row.This is dead simple to use and is actually a lot easier than finding someone and waiting for help. It's way less than calling for a tow truck.
